1. Who we are
Kuvaah Labs provides an online craft design platform that lets children create personalised craft kits which can be ordered for delivery. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have a parent or guardian create one on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
3. Designs & orders
Designs saved on Kuvaah Labs are available for 30 days from the date of creation. If no kit is ordered within that period, the design will be permanently deleted. Once a kit is ordered and payment is confirmed, the design is locked and cannot be edited.
4. Payments & refunds
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before production begins — once a kit enters production, refunds are not available.
5. Screen time
To promote healthy habits, users are limited to 4 hours of active use per day. The platform will notify you as you approach this limit and will restrict access once it is reached. The limit resets at midnight each day.
6. Privacy & data
We collect only the information needed to provide the service (name, email, designs). We do not sell your data to third parties. For children under 13, a parent or guardian must provide consent. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, or to attempt to access other users' accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
